About Us

VNPS & OSCILLATIONS 2025 is a National Level project showcase & Technical paper presentation which is the biggest Technical Fest organized by Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology. VNPS and Oscillations is realized by the combined efforts of various departments' student committees: IEEE, ISA, CSI, IETE, VMEA, ISHRAE and IGBC,NSDC. They work in sync to provide a platform to the students with different project ideas to come together and present their ideas and innovations. VNPS and Oscillations aims to inspire students to think, motivate and innovate.

Rules

There are some rules you need to follow..!!!
Mode of participation: Hybrid The presentation must include an Abstract, Aim, Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References. The total time for the presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.

TEAM SIZE

A team can consist of Maximum 4 members.Bearing a valid college ID mandatory.

REGISTRATION FEES

The rates are per group basis

Rs.500/ per group (VNPS + OSCILLATIONS)
Rs.300/ per group (VNPS / OSCILLATIONS)
Rs.400/- Student Membership of professional bodies

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

The participants are expected to complete the registration process for the event through the registration link after getting a notification mail from VNPS and Oscillations committee. Registration link is available in the brochure as well as rule book.
Rs.500/ per group (VNPS + OSCILLATIONS), Rs.300/ poer group (VNPS / OSCILLATIONS), Rs.400/- Student Membership of professional bodies which has to be paid through Google Pay or Paytm on the given phone numbers or upi id.
Complete the registration procedure by updating project details and payment details.
