Major Project: ₹ 200/-
Minor Project: ₹ 100/-

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE

The project abstract of not more than 250 words is to be sent via the registration link by 8^th May 2021

CONFIRMATION

Projects will be shortlisted based on the abstracts that are submitted and selected groups will be informed by 10^th May 2021 and payment should be done by 12^th May 2021.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

An Abstract of maximum 250 words should be submitted before, 8th May, 2021 to the following email address : vnps2021@vcet.edu.in

The subject of the email should include; college name, track number and whether the project is major/minor level project.
These details should be also present in the email along with project title and abstract.
Project will be shortlisted on the basis of the abstract and selected participants will be notified through the emails along with further instructions.
The participants are expected to complete the registration process for the event through the registration link after getting a notification mail from VNPS committee. Registration link is available in the brochure as well as rule book.
Registration fee is Rs.200/- for Major Project (BE project) and Rs.100/- for Minor Project(TE, SE project) which has to be paid through Google Pay or Paytm on the given phone numbers or upi id.
As soon as you recieve the confirmation mail, do the payment and save the transaction ID.
Complete the registration procedure by updating project details and payment details.
